He obtained his RAC (Remedy Approved Consultant) certification in 2001 and has obtained his BMC Certifications for v7.x applications.Kevin has been involved in call center operations for 15 years in frontline support, backline support and Service Desk managerial positions. This broad experience is valuable as he understands the business needs of each role. Kevin has led more than 30 Remedy implementations for various Fortune 500 companies. He has established a reputable reputation in the Remedy professional services market which is evidenced by his high rate of repeat customers.Stephen Waller, Vice President, Professional Services. Steve has over 25 years of IT experience in System Operations, Service Desk Support and Management, Remedy Development and Administration , Practice Management, and Project Management.
